Thursday Doors – May 5, 2016

Thanks to Norm for hosting Thursday Doors!

Last week I posted from Toronto and today is from the same city.

Not a particularly imposing door, but still stately, I think.

Another building that was preserved (well, at least the facade!) and now stands juxtaposed with very modern architecture. This always intrigues me!

Thanks for taking a look! Happy door chasing!

  1. The door is definitely imposing! But joy of joy I loved the new architecture picture it must be absolutely delightful to stand and follow all those lines, just like a glass cathedral! I really loved it.

  2. A stately door for a stately building, but that last photo made me say, “Ooooooohhh!” I’m not always a fan of modern architecture, especially in conjunction with lovely older buildings, but the arch in that addition is marvelous.

  3. It’s a beautiful door. Great that it has been preserved.

  4. Great find – that is a lovely building, and yet another green door. I seem to be noticing a lot of these this week and I like it!
